    • Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
    • Courses that have been completed or where a certificate of completion has been issued are not eligible for refunds.
    • Refunds are not available for courses purchased at a discounted price during promotions or sales.

    • Refunds will not be provided for any course material that has been downloaded or accessed.
    • No refunds will be provided for subscription-based courses or services, including but not limited to monthly or yearly memberships.
