PRACTICING COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK

Lesson 1: The tools and methods that facilitate collaboration and teamwork are the tools and methods that enable the team members to plan and organize their actions and monitor their progress and results, to provide and receive feedback and advice, and to celebrate their achievements and progress, such as online platforms, social media, and project management tools. These tools and methods can be used effectively by:

  • Choosing and using the appropriate tools and methods for the team’s purpose, goals, and preferences, such as online platforms for communication and coordination, social media for networking and promotion, and project management tools for planning and tracking.
  • Learning and following the rules and guidelines of the tools and methods, such as the privacy and security settings, the etiquette and norms, and the features and functions.
  • Evaluating and improving the tools and methods, based on the feedback and results, such as the usability, reliability, and effectiveness of the tools and methods, and the satisfaction and performance of the team members.

Lesson 2: The best practices and tips that promote collaboration and teamwork are the best practices and tips that help the team members to work together effectively and efficiently, and to achieve their common goal or outcome, such as setting goals, giving feedback, and celebrating achievements. These best practices and tips can be implemented successfully by:
